At my first prenatal appointment, I was only 5 weeks pregnant. My nurse practitioner remarked that I was "bumping out" already. We learned later that I had a nice size fibroid growing along with the baby. Thankfully, the fibroid is not harming the baby; it's just making me look more pregnant than I actually am.
